Simple coleslaw, particularly good with bbq meat (ideal in a pulled pork sandwich).
Shred (or thinly slice) cabbage, carrot & onion, place in a large bowl.
Mix mayo, mustard etc & add to the bowl (or mix right in the bowl). Mix well.
Seal the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 - 8 hours before eating.
Mix again before consuming.
Double the recipe. You will want more.
