Suggest a better description1. Cut the avocados in half, pit them and scoop out the peel and place in a mixing bowl. Add in the chopped onion, cilantro, lime, salt, pepper, and half the chile.
2. Mash together, I personally don't like mine slightly chunky, so I don't mash too much. Taste, add additional lime, salt, and chile to reach desired flavor and level of spice. I always end up adding a tiny bit more salt and the rest of the chile, but that's just how I like it!
