Sauce to accompany cocktail meatballs. Perfect for a party.
Combine the jelly and chili sauce in a crockpot or pot. Add meatballs. Let simmer on low if using a pot for at least an hour. If using a crockpot start on high for 45 min to an hour then turn down heat. Basically the sauce just needs to heat up. I like to let the sauce simmer for an hour then I taste it to determine if I want to add more jelly or chili sauce. I usually let the meatballs simmer in the sauce 3-4 hours before serving.
