Suggest a better descriptionWhen bird comes out of oven, remove it to a platter. Add some additional chicken stock to your roaster and bring this mixture to a boil. Then strain into a saucepan. Thicken turkey stock with a mixture of cornstarch and water (equal parts). The thicker you like your gravy the more starch mixture you add.
