Wonderful appetizer. Or a kid friendly snack.
Preheat oven to 425'.
Spray pam into a 12 muffin pan.
Place biscuits into each of the outside cups, leaving middle 2 empty for even baking.
With fingers make a well in each biscuit, making sure to push some dough up the sides. Place small piece of cheese of your choice, into bottom of well in each biscuit.
Now divide can of potted meat equally, on top of cheese, add pepper now if desired.
Pull opposing sides of biscuits up over filling, and pinch together.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until, Golden Brown.
