Thoroughly combine eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and brown sugar. Stir in pumpkin and half & half, mixing until smooth.
Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook another 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
