This is so easy to make and most of the items if you don't have fresh you can just use out of the jar.
In mason jar or any old dish mix water and mustard which forms the base. Start dumping in order the rest of the ingredients after base sits 3 minutes. Mix well or shake if in jar. Keep in mind that you may need to add more milk as it will thicken as it stands.
