Make no mistake this is the very Best Roast Beef ever!
1. Preheat oven to its highest temprature
2. Coat beef with Olive Oil and season well
3. Heat roating tin on hob and then add beef searing quickly on all sides.
4. Using OVEN GLOVES transfer beef to oven and leave in oven for 20 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to 190c and roast for 1/2 hour per kilo. (10 min extra for medium rare, 20 minutes for medium and 30 mins for well done)
6. Remove from oven and place on board, cover with foil and leave to rest for 40 minutes.
7. Carve and serve.
