Easy grill tasting steak
1) Thaw steak to room temp (at least ten mins from fridge)
2) Set stovetop to 6 (medium high), and preheat oven to 400. Brush both sides of steak with oil, then lightly coat with salt and pepper.
3) Put steak on pan for 2 minutes, flip for another 2 minutes.
4) Place steak in oven safe pan and top with butter, bake for about 6 minutes medium rare and about 10 minutes for well done.
Best with a cast iron skillet, don't overthink, follow the times and/or get a good thermometer.
