Remove meat from marinade, discard marinade. Add meat, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, broth to saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 hour and 15 min. Simmer uncovered for 15 min or until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
