Persimmon pudding
Melt margarine and butter in baking dish. Mix pulp with sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add 1/2 margarine then add flour and milk mixture. Bake on 275 degrees for 1 1 1/2 hours until done
Must be golden brown on top and done in center
