• Garlic naan *There are other flavors at Wegmans as well, in packs of 2 and 4. You will need one per person
• Pesto sauce *I buy at the Wegmans olive bar as it is less oily than a jar and tastes better. I recommend draining the oil from the top if you do buy from a jar before mixing it with a spoon
• 1 can of quarter sized artichoke hearts
• Cherry tomatoes
• 1 container of goat cheese *Or if you prefer, you may use feta cheese or shredded mozzarella
• Thinly sliced prosciutto
• 1 bag of arugula
• Balsamic vinegar
• Black ground pepper
• Crushed red pepper
*You can add other types of vegetables depending on what you like. I have also added and mix-and-matched other vegetables such as, sundried tomatoes, asparagus, black olives and mushrooms
Prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Spread your pesto over each naan pizza as desired
3. Rinse your artichoke hearts in a strainer
4. Add desired amount onto each naan pizza
5. Add your thin sliced prosciutto to each naan pizza *I will rip apart prosciutto into smaller pieces before adding
6. Add desired amount of goat cheese to each naan pizza
7. Place each naan pizza into the oven and cook for roughly 5 – 7 minutes *They typically do not need to be placed onto a pan or anything
8. For the remaining few minutes, you can sprinkle your arugula onto the tops of each one, and let cook for another two minutes or so *You may also wait until the end once you take the naan out
9. Once the naan pizzas are done cooking, let sit for 5 minutes or so *This is when you can add arugula if you didn’t already
10. Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar over the top of the arugula, and add any spices you prefer such as crushed red pepper *Sometimes, I will also add a slight drizzle of honey
