Quick, easy, fun, delicious personal pizzas. Great for quick meal. Great for pizza night with friends. Great for children's parties. Make as many or as few pizzas as you would like.
Place oven rack in center of oven and cover with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
Preheat oven to 420.
Lay out Cornflour tortillas for each person to customize their pizza.
Spread 1 tablespoon sauce across each tortilla. Use more or less sauce as desired.
Place desired amount of pepperoni on each tortilla shell.
Place desired amount of red onion, red and green bell peppers, and portabella mushrooms on each tortilla shell.
Cover each pizza with mozzarella until very little of your other ingredients show through.
Place personal pizzas on foil and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and slightly browned and edges of tortilla look crisp.
Remove from oven, let cool 2-4 minutes and enjoy.
Slice ingredients prior to guests arrival to make this quick and easy for all guests.
