Para hacer la salsa, mezcle la salsa de chile, salsa de soya, ajo, salsa de pescado, jengibre, jugo de limón y Sriracha en un tazón pequeño; dejar de lado.
Coloque el salmón en una bandeja para hornear preparada y doble los 4 lados de la lámina. Vierta la mezcla de salsa de chili sobre el salmón. Dobla los lados de la lámina sobre el salmón, cubriendo completamente y sellando el paquete cerrado.
Coloque en el horno y hornee hasta que esté cocido, aproximadamente 15-20 minutos.
Servir de inmediato, adornado con cilantro.
