Heat oil, add onion, garlic and saute 5 min or lightly browned. Add tomatoes, 1/2 c. olives, 2 T. capter, 2 T. jalapeno, parsley, oregano and bay leaves. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer 30 mon or reduced to 6 c. Stir in 1/2 t. salt. Discard bay leaves. Arrange fish in 13x9 dish; drizzle w/lime juice and sprinkle w/ 1/2 t. salt. cover and marinate for 30 min in refridgerator. Discard marinade.
Preheat oven to 350?. Spoon sauce over fish, bake for 15 min or until it flakes easy. Sprinkle 1/2 c. olive, 2 T. capers and 2 T. jalapenos. Garnish w/parsley.
