Soak semolina in milk for at least half an hour.
Heat ghee and sugar in a wok. When the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat.
Now add the semolina mixture and dry fruits. Keep stirring until the halwa comes together as a mass. If it still seems liquid-y, stir a little on low flame.
Turn off the heat and set aside for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
