Meanwhile, strip the meat from a 2-pound roasted chicken from the supermarket deli. Drain the ziti and broccoli, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cooking water. toss the pasta, broccoli and chicken with 1/2 cup store-bought pesto and reserved water. Heat over low heat until very hot. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
