Add the almond meal, spices and xanthum gum - mix well
Mix in the egg
Divide the dough in half, roll each between baking paper into rectangles 1cm thick
Spread the pesto and remaining cheese
Roll tightly and cut into 4 pieces
Bake 40 mins at 180C FF
