Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Crack eggs into pan, then scramble slowly--combining the yolks & white loosely so that the color variation is still visible b/t the two.
A/b one minute into cooking, add pesto to pan and continue to scramble the eggs, mixing pesto in gently.
Once eggs are no longer runny, they are done.
Serve w/ extra pesto and side of Perfectly Baked Bacon (p.236)
