Blend the fresh herbs and the seeds.
Add spinach and garlic.
Add the oil little by little until the right consistency (I like it firm).
Add salt, pepper and citron to taste.
I replace pine seeds with sunflower seeds. I have on several occasions gotten a bitter taste that lasted several days after eating pine seeds.
