Heat evoo in large saucepan over high heat.
Add onion. Cook 3-5 minutes. Stir frequently.
Add garlic. Cook 1 minute. Stir frequently.
Add mushrooms and basil. Cook until mushrooms release their liquid. Stir frequently.
Add Zoodles. Cook 2-4 minutes. Stir frequently.
Remove from heat.
Add pesto and mix well.
Divide into four servings.
Top with 3oz chicken breast each.
