Easy, yummy dish. Never heard of Petrale Sole until I moved to California. A friend of mine, served this and I loved it. So flavorful and easy.
Mix all above ingredients
put down parchment paper on a baking dish.
Spray with olive oil or other spray such as PAM
Spreadh the fish on the paper
spread the mix of ingredients over the fish, like "frosting"
Broil in the middle rack of the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked and the top is browned.
