Fry ground beef, celery and onion together until beef has browned. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken gumbo, ketchup and mustard and cook for 15 minutes.
Refrigerate until cooled and stuff 3 dozen little buns.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
