This is a go-to meal for me & my family! It is very simple and soooo delicious! I've made them for parties, get togethers, ect... and they are always a crowd pleaser! It cooks up quick for busy week night meals with next to no clean up! I like to serve the meat with hoggie rolls and soft flour tortilla shells so you have the option of a sandwich or a wrap. Piled high and topped with cheese; you seriously can't go wrong with this meal!!
1) In a large skillet, saute the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in the oil. Season with the garlic, pepper, seasoned salt, and pepper flakes.
2) After about 3 min. add the soup mix, water, worcestershire sauce, and beef; mix well. Simmer about 5 to 8 min. or till heated through and slightly thickened.
Serve on buns with a slice of cheese.
**OPTIONAL: You can pour everything in a large crock pot; after the last addition of ingredients in step 2 and simmer on low. Guests help themselves and just keep coming back for more!!
