Suggest a better description1. Put meat in a bag with baking soda, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt and water.
2. Allow to set in fridge for 20 minutes, up to an hour.
3. C oat a large skillet with oil and place over medium heat.
4. Once hot, add onions and peppers. Cook until onions are almost translucent.
5. Add steak and marinade.
6. Cook until just a little pink remains.
7. Best if served on hoagie style buns with provolone cheese.
