Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees
Dice onion and sauté until translucent
While onions cook, cut peppers in half and place in oven (if you want them softer)
May want to slice beef into smaller pieces then add to onion and cook through.
Add half of cheese to bottom of peppers.
Fill peppers with meat and onion mixture.
Add remaining cheese to top of pepper
Place peppers back in the oven for 15-20 mins
For softer peppers pour water in pan and top with foil so peppers will steam
