preheat oven to 350. cut bell peppers in half and core them. drizzle avocado oil on them (or olive oil). Bake 17-20 minutes. Preheat a large frying pan to medium high and add olive or avocado oil. season the steak with onion salt, pepper and sea salt. Sear each side of the steak about 1-2 minutes and pull of to let rest a couple of minutes. cut steak into small square pieces.
Preheat frying pan to medium and add olive/avocado oil until warm. Add sliced onions and sliced bell peppers and cook, stirring often for about 10 minutes. Mix the steak, cheese, bell peppers, onions and jalapeƱos in a bowl. Fill bell peppers and bake 10 minutes for until cheese is melted.
