1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pecans and chips in a bowl and mix, set aside.
3. Cream together butter, Nutella and sugar about 4 minutes.
4. Add egg and mix.
5. Add vanilla and almond extract and beat until smooth, about 1 minute.
6. Blend with flour mixture until just combined.
Spoon out cookie dough using a Tbsp. measure onto parchment paper, spacing mounds bout 4 inches apart. Use tines of a fork to flatten out the cookie dough.
Bake until lightly golden around the edges, about 10-12 minutes. Test 1 cookie first to get the right cookie time to avoid burning the bottoms or overcooking. When cookies looks like it is just about done, then take out to cool and transfer to a wire rack.
