Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375. Line large baking sheets with parchment paper. Trim asparagus to 6 inch lengths; transfer to sheet wax paper. Place cheese and dill in separate piles on another sheet of wax paper. Lightly spray asparagus with olive oil spray; sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp of cheese and pepper. Cover phyllo with plastic wrap and damp clean kitchen towel. Place 1 sheet on clean dry surface with short end facing you; lightly spray with olive oil spray. Sprinkle bottom half of sheet evenly with 1 tsp dill and 1 tsp of cheese. Fold remaining phyllo in half again into rectangle. Place 1 asparagus stalk on one long side of rectangle so that tip extends 1 inch over the edge of the opposite side. Fold short side of the phyllo over cut end of asparagus to make 16 roll-ups. Bake until golden and crisp, 12 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
