We made some turkey wild rice soup and decided that we needed something to make it more festive...thus the newly created garlic, herb, cheese breadsticks! AMAZING! Super easy and festive this time of year. Happy Holidays!
Melt butter in a microwave. Add white wine and stir. Lay 2 sheets of phyllo dough on a cutting board, cut in half. Brush butter mixture onto each piece of phyllo dough. Sprinkle a couple tablespoons of parmesan onto the phyllo dough and then sprinkle some Great Lakes Garlic & Herb spice. Place herbs on one edge of the phyllo dough. Roll the phyllo starting at the opposite side of the herbs. Roll into a cigar shape. Place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with butter mixture and bake for approximately 12 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Makes about 45 breadsticks.
