Refrigerator Pickled Jalapenos
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil stirring occasionally.
Add Jalapenos and remove from heat. Let sit for 20 minutes. Throughout that time press them down to keep them submerged.
Using tongs load a quart sized mason jar and then fill with the pickling liquid. Close the lid on the jar and place in fridge when cool.
let sit in fridge for a week.
