Soak cukes in ice water 2-6 hours (unless just picked)
Place spices in bottom of jar.
Add cukes.
Pour brine over cukes. Add grape leaves.
Make sure everthing is under the brine.
Ferment until done (1-4 weeks). Color should change to more of an olive green when done.
Good probiotics in fridge for 2 months. Good pickles without the probiotics 3-4 months or more?
