Mix together 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup water and 1 teaspoon of salt and let stand while mixing the following:
2 3/4 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 1/2 cups shortening or lard
Cut all together until pea sized
Them combine 1st bowl and divide in half
Roll out half for the bottom and half for the top
Use apple pie filling in between
When slightly cooled, drizzle glaze of milk and powdered sugar
Can add a little vanilla if desired
