Blend flour and salt. Cut in cubed chilled shortening with pastry cutter or two knifes until resembles coarse crumbs/pea sized pieces. Add ice water a tbsp at a time and mix just until dough holds together. Flatten dough into two balls on floured counter and roll out. Dough can be chilled for easier handling - wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator.
