Suggest a better description1) Put first three ingredients in large bowl and mix well with fork then add in the shortening and mix with fork or your hands until crumbly.
2) In small measuring cup mix water, vinegar, and egg with fork until combined.
3) Pour wet mixture into flour and stir with a fork or hands
4) Divide dough into 4 portions and shape into a ball and flatten into a patty.
5) Wrap each patty in a baggy and chill at least 1/2 hour.
6) When ready to use, roll pie crust on a lightly floured board or cloth
Crust can be refrigerated for up to a week and frozen for up to a month.
