In a large bowl
Mix flour, salt & Crisco together with a pastry cutter
In a small bowl
Mix egg, water & vinegar
Combine ingredients thoroughly but do not overwork
Divide into 3 balls which can be rolled out into crusts or can be refrigerated.
Using waxed paper under and over the dough ball when rolling it out will keep it from sticking to the rolling pin and will assist when lifting the crust into the pie pan.
