My only pie crust Makes (2) 10 inch pie crust
Mix all dry ingredients, cut in butter until mixture is course. Sprinkle in water until dough holds together. Gather into a ball, flatten and roll round.
for baked shell, bake 475 for 8 minutes.
If you only need one crust, would suggest that you roll out the second in a square, sprinkle the dough with cinnamon and sugar, cut into diamonds and bake! - My kids always loved these little crispy treats!
