Mix pie fillings, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 2Tbl of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg in large bowl. Add 1 stick melted butter. Store in airtight container in fridge.
Allow filling to sit on counter while preparing crust. Melt 1 stick butter and add 1/3 cup sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix. Use pastry brush to brush crust on bottom. Add filling then top crust & brush with mixture again. Bake 1 hour @ 400 or until golden brown, brushing pies every 10-15 min while baking.
