Set oven to 350
Butter 8" pie pan
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter
Press into pan
Bake 8 minutes until golden.
Combine milk and yolks and whisk for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Add lime juice and rind.
Pour into crust, refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
With electric mixer beat cream and sugar until forming stiff peaks.
Spoon onto the top of the pie before serving.
