Add butter to skillet and sauté onion and celery on med high.
Add flour lil at a time cook for 5 min to get raw taste out.
Add water with peas and carrots to skillet and mix.
Add chicken and add some garlic / onion powder keep mixing together cook for 5 min.
Fill casserole dish wit mixture and add pie crust sit on baking sheet.
Brush egg mixer on top bake on 350 until golden brown
