1) Grate 16 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese in food processor
2) Combine in large mixing bowl:
- grated cheese
- 1 cup Duke's mayonnaise
- 7 oz pimentos
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
3) Mix ingredients in bowl with spatula
4) Pulse in food processor with chopper blade until desired consistency
