Really good for a company worthy appetizer!
Drain pineapple. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; beat in Cheddar cheese, mayonaise and soy sauce until smooth. Stir in pineapple, almonds, green pepper and onions. Refrigerate, covered. Use to stuff celery stalks or serve as spread with assorted breads. Serve at room temperature.
