Wrap Ham in foil. Before you cover the top of the ham pour the juices from the ham and 1/2 cup water on top of the ham. Cook on 275 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes. While it is cooking boil Glaze ingredients together. Uncover the top of the ham and pour glaze over the top and make sure it goes in between the slices, cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then turn it up to 400 degrees and cook 15 minutes.
For crock pot: Boil together ingredients for Glaze. Spray pot, Turn Crock pot to LOW, place the ham inside, pour juices from ham and 1/2 cup water over ham. Pour glaze over the top of the ham making sure to get it in between the slices. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
If you want you can just use the Spice Packet that comes with the ham and crushed pineapple.

6 lbs.= 8-12 servings
7 lbs.= 10-14 servings
8 lbs.= 12-16 servings
9 lbs.= 14-18 servings
10 lbs.= 18-22 servings
Subtract 1 lb. for Bone-in hams.
