Grandma Lison
Mix all ingredients well in large bowl. Pour batter in an ungreased 9 x 13 glass pan. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
Frosting:
1/2 c. oleo 1 3/4 cup powder sugar
3 oz. cream cheese 1 teas. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Cream oleo, cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla. Sprinkle on nuts.
