Mix together sugar, flour, and eggs. Add pineapple with juice and mix. Saute bread cubes in butter until butter is absorbed. Put pineapple mixture into a 1/2 quart casserole. Place bread cubes on top.
Bake at 350F for 75 minutes.
Good with Ham or pork.
