From Taste of Home and Grandma Carol Peronto
1. Mix cream cheese with green pepper, onion, salt, and Mrs. Dash.
2. Stir in pineapple.
3. In a bowl, form the mix into a ball and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
4. If desired, ball may then be rolled in chopped nuts.
5. Cover and refrigerate again.
6. Serve with crackers.
