In a mixing bowl combine condense and whipped cream. Sprinkle agar over 45ml of water allow to swell. Microwave for 15-30 secs until melted. Add a little of pineApple mixture into agar and mix well then add to pineapple mixture.
Layer with biscuits. Sprinkle flake and leave in fridge+- 2 hrs
