Suggest a better descriptionCombine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Add eggs, milk, and pineapple; stir until smooth. Heat 3 to 4 inches oil to 375F; carefully drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls into hot oil, cooking 5 to 6 fritters at a time. Cook about 1 minute or until golden on one side; turn and cook other side about 1 minute. Drain well on paper towels; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yield: 3 dozen.
