This is an easy and refreshing breakfast smoothie that is also easy to prep ahead of time.
Pour all liquids into the blender and add the frozen ingredients. Add additional items that you prefer. We like hemp seeds for the added protein. Blend for 2 mins. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
Freeze bananas and yogurt ahead of time. This smoothie is relatively sweet. To cut the sugar, you can use unsweetened almond milk.
