Suggest a better descriptionCook pineapple, cornstarch, salt and sugar until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and lemon juice, stir thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust. Slit crust in several places. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
